Breast Exercises

Breast exercises are an excellent way to improve the lift and tone of the breasts. Some women are under the mistaken impression that exercises may make the breasts appear smaller. In fact, the opposite is true in most cases.

Raise both arms, holding the weights, off the floor at the same time to the point of a “V” in front of your face. Hold for a few seconds, then lower your arms back to starting position. Repeat this 10 to 15 times.
  2. Do modified push-ups on your knees, with arms out toward the sides or your body for an excellent breast firming and toning and firming exercise. The  angle   of the push-up should be such as to work the sides of your arms where the arm meets the breast, and should also squeeze the pectoral muscles with each repetition.
  3. Extend your arm in front of your body, at a ninety degree angle to your midsection. Take your other arm and gently pull on the extended arm to squeeze the side of the breast (pectoral) muscle. Repeat ten times on each side.
  4. While sitting anywhere, squeeze both arms into the sides of your breasts till you feel the side of the pectoral muscles contract gently. Hold for several seconds, relax, then repeat. Not only is this very good for breast firming and toning, it will also re-energize you during long hours of sitting at desks or elsewhere.
